Rooms & Villas
Beachfront residences, a hillside village, and private villas along the mangrove-lined bay – the 64 rooms, six suites, and 30 villas of Six Senses Amaala incorporate the building style of traditional coastal villages in the region and blend into the landscape of rock and sea in warm, earthy tones. Depending on the location, you can look out from the private terrace onto Hijaz Cove, the offshore Pura Cove with its shimmering blue lagoon, or directly onto the open Red Sea. Inside, you will find natural materials, calm color palettes, and a design tailored for restful sleep that ensures true retreat moments. Some villas come with their own pool and direct beach access – ideal if you want to enjoy your time completely to yourself.
Culinary
Under the motto 'Eat With Six Senses', the resort's cuisine revolves around nutrient-rich, seasonal dishes that play with regional ingredients and traditional Arabic flavors. In several restaurants and at the beach lounge directly at Hijaz Cove, you can enjoy freshly caught fish from the Red Sea, desert herbs, and Mediterranean-inspired creations – all with a view of the turquoise water. At sunset, tables by the water invite long evenings, while during the day, light, wellness-oriented cuisine takes center stage. Thus, every meal becomes part of the Six Senses philosophy of nourishing both body and mind.
Activities
At the Six Senses Spa, you can expect a Longevity Center, a biohacking recovery lounge, Finnish and infrared saunas, salt rooms, vitality pools, and ice baths – complemented by a Watsu pool, a sound dome, and a yoga platform for moments of deep relaxation. Off the coast, some of the region's most diverse coral reefs invite snorkeling and diving, also explored as part of programs from the nearby Corallium Marine Life Institute. For those who prefer a more active experience, the desert landscape around AMAALA can be explored, or you can set sail from the AMAALA Yacht Club. For the youngest guests, 'Grow With Six Senses' offers nature-based, playful discoveries for unforgettable family moments.
