Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection - UAE

The Ciel Dubai Marina will be the tallest pure hotel in the world at around 365 meters. With more than 1,000 rooms and suites, including about 150 luxury suites, it opens in 2025 in the heart of Dubai Marina. Guests can look forward to breathtaking 360-degree views of the skyline, a spectacular infinity pool on the 76th floor, a sky lounge on the 81st floor, and a twelve-story atrium with a sky garden. Several restaurants, bars, a spa, and fitness areas complete the offerings.

Anantara Resort Bandar Al Khairan - Oman

An Anantara resort is set to open in 2026 directly on the coast of Bandar Al Khairan, about 45 minutes from Muscat. The resort will feature 121 rooms, chalets, and villas, many with private pools. Guests will enjoy a location between mountains and sea, five different restaurants, an infinity pool, a children's water park, and a spacious spa area. A highlight is the 'Stargazing Majlis', which offers an unparalleled view of the night sky.

Six Senses Triple Bay - Saudi Arabia

As part of the luxury destination Amaala, Six Senses Triple Bay will open in its first development phase in 2026. The resort complex will offer around 64 rooms, several suites, and villas, as well as exclusive branded residences. Nestled in lagoons and coastal landscapes, the resort will combine wellness, art, sports, and cuisine. It will be complemented by boutiques, a marina, cultural experiences, and a diverse gastronomic offering – further openings such as Rosewood, Four Seasons, or Clinique La Prairie will follow in the Amaala area.

Miraval The Red Sea - Saudi Arabia

Miraval The Red Sea will open in March 2026 on Shura Island and is the first resort of the brand outside the USA. The adults-only concept caters to guests aged 18 and over, offering 180 rooms, suites, and villas. The centerpiece is the more than 3,700 m² 'Life in Balance Spa' with 39 treatment rooms, a hammam, and extensive wellness experiences. Three restaurants, a holistic all-inclusive program, and 20 exclusive beachfront villas make the resort a retreat for relaxation and mindfulness.
